What is included in the installation service?
Our installation service includes everything! We will design, install, maintain, take down, and store your lights.
How much does it cost to install Christmas lights?
Our pricing is influenced by factors such as the size of your home, the complexity of the design, and the type of lights installed. We install lights for $9-12 a foot (depending on difficulty) before any discounts you qualify for.
What is the difference between your lights and those available at retail stores?
We use commercial-grade LED lights that are more durable, brighter, and have longer lifespans compared to retail options. They are top-of-the-line LED lights that are highly bright and energy-efficient.
Do I need to provide my own lights, or do you supply them?
We supply the lights and all other materials required to make your house stand out.
Are there any specific requirements for my home before installation?
Before installation, please ensure your outdoor outlets are working, and that vehicles are moved away from the house to allow for safe ladder placement.
What happens if I don’t want to keep the same design next year?
We’ll happily design a new look for you year after year!
Can you install a variety of colored lights?
Yes! The most popular colors are warm white, pure white, red, and green. Other colors are available as a specialty product and we will happily provide them.
Do you install lights on large trees or complex structures?
Yes, we’ll go above and beyond to install lights wherever you envision them, including large trees and complex structures.
Are your lights safe to use outdoors?
Yes, all of our materials are rated for outdoor use and can withstand the Canadian winter.
Are your installation teams trained and insured?
Yes, all of our team members are trained in safe installation practices. Our business is covered for $5 million liability and all employees have workers compensation through WSIB.
Do I need to be home during the installation?
No, we’ll take care of everything, so when you come home, your house will be looking bright!
